By accessing or using Gantry Finance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Gantry Finance is a NetSuite SuiteApp that provides financial analytics and dashboards within your NetSuite environment. The service requires an active NetSuite subscription.

3. Subscription and Billing

Gantry Finance is offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these terms.

4. Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gantry Finance for your internal business purposes.

6. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
Sharing your license key with unauthorized parties
Using the service for any illegal purpose
Attempting to bypass license validation

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GANTRY FINANCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
